Services/Rates Offered Trapping Services: We offer services in the Greater Toronto Area year round and provide services into the Muskoka Lakes on weekends throughout the year and during the week in the Spring - Fall time period. We offer a two day catch and relocate service. At this service level we bring in a trap (usually early evening), set it and wait for morning to examine it. At this level our base rates prevail. We offer additional services for additional charges. Please contact to discuss! Please note: All visits require a service charge/inspection to initiate responsible trapping and pest control. Rate is $150.00 taxes included in the City of Toronto and additional charges may apply for greater distances (call to be sure). Service calls take up to one hour on site plus travel time. Rates for Trapping and Humane Release The following are the rates charged on a per animal basis for captures removed. Please recognize that to catch any one creature requires a minimum of two trips as well as relocation and/or disposition of the detainee. All prices HST inclusive. Base Rates per animal: Raccoon $ 160.00 Skunk 260.00 Squirrel 160.00 Rabbits 160.00 Ground Hogs 160.00 Beaver or Muskrat 175.00 Rat Trapping (Setting of traps $225.00 for up to 4 installed in tamper proof bait station boxes (to exclude access by pets/kids), and/or, up to 6 snap traps in locations inaccessible locations to pets/kids. Price includes one return visit in one week or so. Additional traps are $30 (set inside bait station boxes to be out of public view), or, $15 (snap traps). Scheduled visits are billed at $60.00 each to check traps for longer duration trapping. Emergency visits billed at Service Charge rate $135.00. Removal and disposal of dead rats $40/each including HST.. Mouse Trapping $225.00 to set and $60.00 for each return visit. Visits are billed one visit in advance. Emergency visits billed at Service Charge rate $135.00. Removal of dead mice no charge. This way either the client can perform trapping/exclusion themselves or then engage the services of RACCOONS.CA: $150.00 (including HST), in the City of Toronto. Additional charges may apply for travel elsewhere.
Trapping Nuisance Beaver (or any other fur bearer) requires a valid Ontario fur trapping license issued to individuals who have completed the Ontario Fur Managers Course. The course includes lessons on skinning and preparing pelts as well as humane trapping methods among other topics. I have completed this course and have experience in the setting of traps and pelt preparation. In short let the professionals deal with beavers and other Fur Bearers! Rates for Pest Control: Rodent Control with bait stations for Rats & Mice (HST is included) Residential Services: Inspection of premises to determine locations of harborage, food, nesting etc. $150.00. Initial Set of Bait Stations $225.00 for up to 4 stations, (additional stations $30/each) and $60.00 per /scheduled check after 2 weeks. Emergency visits $150.00 each, usually within 2 hours. Commercial Services: Require consultation as each is unique. Each job starts with an initial consultation during which time a thorough investigation of the problems being encountered and the needs of our client are examined. This includes significant discussion of current and past problems with pests, a tour of facility to be protected and the basis of the proposal to be submitted for consideration. There is no charge for this portion of the service. When accepted into service the first service call is made to determine the location(s) and need(s) to be considered by both TorontoPESTmanagement.ca and our client to achieve the desired results. This is a chargeable service dependent on the amount of work required but starts with the service call rate of $150.00 (plus HST). Beyond this each job is customized to fit the clients needs.
